By downloading or using Stabil, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Simple as that.

What Stabil is

Stabil is a personal habit tracking and mood check-in app designed for fathers. It is not a medical device, therapy tool, or substitute for professional mental health care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a professional.

Your data

All data is stored locally on your device. We don't have access to it. You are responsible for your own backups. If you delete the app or reset your data, it's gone permanently.

Free and Pro

Stabil is free to use with core features. A Pro subscription may be offered in the future with additional features. Any purchases are handled through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Acceptable use

Use Stabil for its intended purpose: personal habit tracking and self-reflection. Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app.

Disclaimer

Stabil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will meet all your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Stabil.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
