Common questions

Where is my data stored?

Everything is stored locally on your phone. We don't have servers, accounts, or cloud sync. Your data never leaves your device.

Can I export my data?

Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. We want to make sure you own your data completely.

I lost my data after reinstalling

Since all data is stored on your device, uninstalling the app removes everything. There's currently no backup or sync feature. We're working on it.

How do I reset the app?

Go to Settings and tap 'Reset all data' at the bottom. This is permanent and can't be undone.

Is Stabil free?

Yes, the core app is free. We may offer a Pro subscription in the future with extra features, but the basics will always be free.

Can I change my habits after onboarding?

Yes! Go to Settings and tap 'My Habits' to add, remove, or redefine your habits at any time.
